New to garmin 800 - tutorial?
I got a Garmin 800 over the holidays and it's my first GPS (or any computer more complicated than my wired cateye cadence). I have a set of city navigator maps that I installed and have also hooked up the heart rate monitor and the speed/cadence sensor.
What I'm wondering is if there's a tutorial somewhere that tells me how to use it as the user's manual seems to not have much more detail than what I've already done. Right now I'm on the rollers exclusively, so I need to figure out how to set up workouts so I don't get bored. Before that, I'd like to figure out how to get it to display heart rate and cadence. Then, I can figure out training plans and that fun stuff. (Eventually, I need to figure out what's wrong with the TV I have the rollers set in front of so I can have something to watch while I ride, but that's not for this forum).
Thanks for any help you might be able to offer in pointing me in the right direction.

I would read dcrainmakers blog. He's got a lot of info on the 800
