Has anyone gotten a tracking number significantly in advance of when they recieved their frame?
Do the numbers show up in your account on the Pedal Force page?

I did not get my frame yet (Vancouver Canada) but I did get this yesterday from England and Arizona with the bars and forks going on the frame as well as some of the carbon bits.
The fork has not been cut yet so I should be able to lower the weight about 25-40g depending on the length I need for the RS2.

No real worries tho. I dont have a single part to hang on the frame yet, still trying to finish my Pedal Force MTB from that group buy.

Every part on the bench in the picture is carbon expect for the stem on the bars which is a modified F99 stem (carbon wrapped) with Ti bolts.

What lenght seat post are most of you going for with this build. That's the one piece I haven't ordered yet and as my previous bikes are all more of a traditional geometry frame I don't know if I should go for the 300mm or 400mm...
And I agree that those bars are really slick...

The Head tube angle is almost exactly the same as what I am riding now. If for some reason it does not workout then I will just simply pull my F99 stem and Easton EC90 Equipe bars off my other bike and put them on this build and put the bonded bars on that bike. I will then most likly source a lighter bar and get that bonded to the F99 stem once I have the exact angles but I am 98% sure that this will work.

Fork is an Easton EC90 SLX stripped to match the frame better.

Hey,
I was referring to the 52cm (medium) model from pedalforce. I included the TT length so the comparison would be more useful for others who don't know the wacky sizing reference PF is using for this frame. I weighed it at 1020g.
As for my scale being off.. well.. I can't say that's entirely implausible as I don't have a reference weight to test with. Let me say this, however: I have recently weighed probably 10-15 bike parts that have come in weighing around +/- 10 grams of their manufacturer spec'd weights. If my scale is off, I would have had to be very lucky for all of those to come in so close (a variance that large would give me crazy numbers on something like small parts). They weren't all light parts either, as my measurements also included 3 sets of wheels that came within similar tolerances to their manufacturer specs.
So take that as you may. Best bet will be to see what other 52cm owners are weighing in at.
edit: Also, just FYI, my frame measurements with a tape measurer do match the 52cm geometry and there is also a sticker on the frame that says 52cm. So I'm pretty sure it's not a mix up.

So sorry ken, but I think your scale is off.

I put the headset that I got from PF on it real quick and I have no issues with the gap. Once it is preloaded and everything tightened down it will be fine. The frame sure looks beautiful. And for the guys that didn't get insurance, you have nothing to worry about. The frame was well packed and cared for.

Mine is sitting in a box right next to me, for those keeping track: Size small, nude, San Francisco, DHL.
I'm tempted to build it and ride even though I'm pretty sure it's too small for me (my fault). Seems very similar in geometry to my Giant, and the fit issue I had with the Medium I was able to for the most part correct.
Anyhow, I got the CC IS2 Headset + Carbolock, guess I'll wait and see if it's go/nogo from you all. No need to bombard PD with emails (even though I did ask them twice before I paid if it's the proper one).

If you go back a couple pages you can see the pictures I took. Just the standard black top cap, except mine is concave on the sides whereas the other guy who posted his had straight sides.
