Salsa Journeyman 700c Tire Clearance
Salsa stated this bike can fit a 50mm tire on 700c rims, however I wanted to see if anyone has done that with theirs? I only ever see pictures of the 650b Journeyman so I don't have a way to gauge what sort of clearances are possible.

I've tried a 700x50c tire on a 2017 Vaya when I one. Salsa claimed it could fit up to a 50mm tire. The rear cleared fine, but with the front, the tire hit the fork bridge. This was a steel fork Vaya so maybe the carbon fork had more clearance.
I don't have any experience with a journeyman to assist there.
