55 miles today. North Georgia is like a sauna.

Overnight storms brought down some trees on the Silver Comet Trail. I broke and moved many of the branches on the right so people could get through but it still required some mad cyclocross skills. There is a second tree down right behind the one pictured.

Stopped three times to wait out passing thunderstorms, once inside the Brushy Mountain Tunnel.

Cool air from inside the tunnel mixed with warm humid air outside and I watched the whole tunnel fog up to the point where the other end wasn't visible. Tried to capture fog pouring out.

Can't get the drop I want with a "correct" size frame

Setback seatposts are normal. Zero setback isn't

Pictures are way cool Tim. Thanks for sharing. I could picture that thunderstorm rolling through, waiting it out in that tunnel. Damp rocks and the smell of rain. Can almost hear it.

Yup, when you put it that way, I'm going for a ride in the rain today.

Took my hardtail to the downhill park last week. I was really underbiked but worse decisions have been made.

Awesome. My in-laws visit out toward Windham in the warm months, but I haven't been in the Catskills in years.

I did Northstar at Tahoe once. Dusty, but a lot of fun.

there is no "normal" with seatposts. many bikes are now coming stock with zero offset posts. femur length and knee over spindle isn't ever "normal".

58 miles today.

A group of about 60 riders from Birmingham were riding from Piedmont, Alabama to Altanta and back, about 200 miles. I hooked onto the back of a group doing "only" 150 and showed them the way to a store stop. Clowning around for the camera but this girl could pull.

Livestock for @scoho. Horses weren't too interested in me today. Llamas were.

Maybe she is just the crazy llama lady or something.

I don't know anything about llamas themselves, but I have some suspicions about the kind of person who would own llamas.
