Are you taking a swipe at Michael Matthews?
Michael prepared for the tour to be a domestique for Tom Dumoulin in an all out effort to win GC but when Tom pulled out Michael wasn't prepared or ready to turn around his preparation and be a sprinter again with all the weight of team expectations on him. He gave it a go but so far it only just goes to show how specialised Grand Tours are and how specific your training needs to be to win certain jerseys.
