Diamond Back Prevail TG F&F

Offered is a Diamond Back Prevail TG frame and fork. I understand that this is from the early 1990s and shortly after the Centurion brand became Diamond Back. I believe the Prevail TG was towards the upper end of the line and came with Shimano 600 tricolor. The frame is dirty and grimy, but looks in decent shape. It is in need of a deep cleaning. I don't see any dents or dings. Seat tube says True Temper CRMO RCX Tubing. Fork blades says Tange Prestige CRMO Tubing. Sorry about the pics. They were taken in the basement as the weather is no cooperative. If I can get good daylight, I'll take some better outdoor pics.

Price is $50 plus shipping. This includes a Specialized headset (needs overhauled), seat post and saddle.

Specs:
- Seat tube: 23" CTT, 22" CTC
- Rear Spacing: 130 mm
- Specialized headset included.

I’ve bought a frameset from Shrevvy. He is no slouch when it comes to packaging.

Bump. I wiped down the frame quickly. It still needs a good cleaning, but you can see some sparkle start to come through. Dare I say that it is a Diamond in the rough...I'll also include the seat post and crappy saddle that came with the frame.

True Temper tubing, good stuff! Hang some nice Shimano on that and it will fly down the road.

Bump this Diamond Back for new pictures. Two are below because they would not fit in the edited original post above. Finally had some ok weather to take some pictures outdoors. It did start lightly snowing when I was out there. So, a couple pics have some water droplets on the tubes.

EDIT: For some reason the right side full bike pic won't upload.

Friend had one that he let me ride a fair bit when I came in town. I liked it. The tubes are a little on the portly side but that means the frame was nice and stiff. It rides a little rough but I'm okay with that as long as the BB is stiff when stomping on the pedals. As I recall it was plenty stiff too. The rear end would almost hop around a little when really sprinting hard.
