n+1 (for the family, if not for me)

My wife just took delivery of her new Catrike Trail this afternoon:

I'm looking forward to riding it as much as she'll let me.

The Catrike is the only one I have ever looked at to purchase. Luckily the thought only came into my head for a few seconds so no fear of me getting one.

Bent riders will be able to give you the assessment on this bike but it will be interesting to see what you think of it when you take it out for one of your normal rides.---That is if you can ever get the wife back in the Kitchen to allow you to ride it.

That's a pretty trike! Hopefully you'll actually let your wife ride it...

That's a great looking trike!

Now I need to make a trip to a local trike dealer and check them out

I've only ridden DF bikes, but that sure looks tempting.

Nice looking trike. I like riding my wife's trike, when she lets me. They are a lot of fun on the flats, but a bear to get up an incline. I rode her trike one day at a MUP that has an overpass crossing a six lane highway. On the road bike, it takes no effort to get to the top but I was pretty worn out when I did it on her trike.

I hope your wife lets you ride it and that she gets as much enjoyment out of it as my wife gets on hers.

John, I thought in all my over-researching I had seen all the trikes there are, but I don't recognize your wife's. What kind is it? I thought Catrikes were about the only ones with direct steering. Looks like a nice ride.
