This is a very cool and hard to find rare collectible bicycle. It is a BRIDGESTONE RENE bicycle with a 14 inch frame and 22" tires. A small / shorter lady or a teenager or large girl would fit easily onto this bicycle. This bicycle is ALL original, and has a bell, front basket, a rack, and front wheel lock with the key and a generator headlight on the front. On the frame or post part it has RN-220C. The bicycle stand is sort of like the ones that come on scooter today. This bicycle has it all, including MUD FLAPS! The serial number of ID number of this bicycle is IG04374 or may 1G04374. It has its original Bridgestone Tires which are 22" X 1 1/2" and they do hold air. The word SUGINO is written on the pedal crank. On the brake system it is written, "Silent 00 super brake". The chain guard is enclosed. I believe this bicycle was made a long time ago when girls or ladies only wore dresses, as the chain guard and the guard on the back wheel would prevent a womans dress from being caught inside. The frame measures 14 inches when measuring from the top of the seat post to the middle of the pedal crank. This bicycle was Made in Japan. This is a classic Lightspeed hard tail mountain bike. I paid close to $2000 for this bike when new. It would be an awesome commuter bike or kick around the neighborhood bike as i used it for years.
You could double or triple your money in parts alone...in fact, i think the seat is probably worth close to what i am asking for this bike. You should take a look.
