Really upset with my 305
Last year the elevation feature stopped working. I can understand that, since it fell off the bike at 25+ mph, and I just plain dropped it a few times. But now, just getting out of the drawer from its winter slumber and the HR isn't working! I changed batteries in the strap, reset the unit several times and still nothing. It cost $99 to exchange last year. I do not want to spend another $99 this year. That will be almost what I can get a new one for. ($99 x 2) Just a little pi$$ed off.

that is too weird. my friend's 305 did the exact same thing. that is not a good feeling seeing I'm thinking of getting a 705 gulp.

I've been noticed that my battery will not hold a very good charge. I was not sure how garmin will help me, but I know that I don't want to pay $99 to have it fixed. If that is how much it would cost to replace battery. I guess I will send them a email to find out.
