Youll be perfectly fine. I've had several bikes with Aelle tubing and I'm 200lbs. Ebay and Velocals are 2 sources to check out for decals.

I purchased one from eBay a few months back for a Torelli. Set of 3 decals for $12.

Aelle is a plain gauge tubest in a carbon-manganese alloy. Introduced in 1978, it was used on many mid-range framesets because the alloy tolerated a wider range of brazing temperatures, making it suitable for more economical, semi-automated brazing. As well as being less expensive, it is particularly well suited to taller, heavier and/or stronger riders who need something less flexible than Columbus SP. Of course, it's also heavier, with a weight penalty of ~150g, compared to Columbus SP.

My favorite of my steel bikes was a Bianchi Eco Pista built with plain-gauge Aelle. Preferred it to all my top-level steel road bikes.

Faggin made really good stuff at all levels. If it is a good frame without dents, and it fits you well, it will be a very nice riding bike...

It's relative replacement, Cromor, is awesome tubing. Very lively, yet comfortable.
