I’m trying to get the measured distance between the lower pannier rail and the horizontal bottom rail on the Topeak Super Tourist DX rack. Does anyone have this rack and ability to grab that measurement?

I have Ortlieb panniers with a QL1 system from pre-1999, which means that the bottom pannier hook can only be positioned horizontally, and cannot be adjusted up and down. To be compatible with the Topeak rack, that hook must sit above the bottom horizontal rail.

I’m most interested in the non-disc rack but would be happy for this measurement from either!
