Having your tire threadings on backwards?
I got a rando in the rear, and me and my friends just notice that the threading is going the opposite way.
They told me that this doesn't effect the ride, but it would thread faster?
Is any of this true? or does it even matter..?

Sheldon says it's okay. Treads on road tires are not necessary.

I thought those patterns on Rando are for shedding water. You see the similar (sweep out) pattern on boutique car tires.

I hate when the treads go all reverse bc it messes up my tricks on my sweet fiixeh and we all know hats bad bc ladies hate guyz with bad spins and all the spandied road guys love it just ask old fix guy he know all bout it and even justin bieber dont let it happen coz he has suh-west tricks and not talking bout hoes u know.

I've read that having the rear on in reverse helps with traction on loose surfaces.

If it is wet out the tread will actually force water back under your wheel, rather than sweeping it away. Giving you less traction and less stopping power. Its not enough to really be noticable, but its there.

People use reverse treading all the time even if they don't realize it, especially on the rear wheel, especially if they're flipping it to change gearing or use a freewheel on the other side of the hub and they dont take the time to also remove the tire and reinstall it to face the right way.

You're not going to die from having the tire on backwards (IT ASPLODES), but if you've noticed, you might as well flip around so it's the right direction. Reasons already listed: friction, water shedding, etc.

if you have your tires on backwards make sure to tighten the axle nut the opposite direction

Just get slicks and then you won't have to worry about it. Like Vixtor said, tread on a road tire is pointless. It doesn't help you in wet or dry conditions.
