Hello from Buffalo
Hello all, I just came upon a nice bike and my searches brought me here to try to learn more about my Stowe. Unfortunately the one I picked up is too small at 54cm. I would love to swap or find a replacement frame. Any help is appreciated

Since 54cm is average size, you must be one tall person. Sure you can't make it work before you go to the trouble of swapping? I can't help, but good luck.

Hello
Hello, yes I am on the taller side at just under 6'-2". I do tend to come across frames that are a bit too small in general. Sometimes I have gotten lucky. I think finding this Stowe bike in the condition I did was the big part. Now just hoping to figure out how to breathe life into great components.

Check with the bike co-op. 98 Colvin Ave, if you don't know address. Last year there was a 25 inch Stowe on the shelf. They don't do trades but prices are fair. You could also try Rochester members as Stowe worked there.

Thanks for the tip, I never would have thought to check there. I assumed a quality bike or frame would have gotten scooped up out if there given the amount of people there. I haven't been in a few years so I will see if it's there.
