Thanks. Yes, original white paint. However, I have done some chip touch-up with auto paint and replaced several of the decals. I like the looks better without the seat post water bottle, Lizard Skin bar wrap, computer, and 80s clip-in pedals... but then it gets ridden.

I saw your bikes poor twin at the dump the other day... the frame was sooo rusty.. the freewheel chain/chain ring/rear derailer all had fused into one rusty piece... wow makes me sad seeing how nice it looks when not left to die.

My '72 chrome P15-9. I've since put the original long cage Shimano Crane (a.k.a. Schwinn-Approved Le Tour GT-300) RD back on.

Too bad to let a PX-10 rust away to scrap... apparently well beyond the various de-rusting techniques described in various posts here on C&V.

Here's photos of a '72 Nishiki Pro I inherited from my dad - all stock except for the seat post (which I have). This winter I'm going to build new wheels using the original hubs but new rims - it currently has tubulars and the rear finally gave up. Unfortunately it's a bit too small for me, but it's nice to cruise over to friends places, the grocery store, or somewhere for a beer.

So many wonderfully colored bikes in this thread!

I'll try to bring it down a notch or two with my recently acquired 1977 A-D Vent Noir II in the smoked chrome finish.

More rainy day reflections for Khatful.

I have a few vintage rides.

Here is my last remaining Zullo, a Sprint.

Love the bicycle, and I'll update the pics in a week or two when I add the drillium levers from DD, new Columbus decals, and the new "old" Regal saddle.

She really rides beautifully.

Colnago Superissimo

When I saw post # 20 of this thread, I thought Mazdaspeed had slipped my Superissimo out of the garage for photos. His appears to be identical with the exception of the bar tape and color of the sewups.

Mine is all Campy Super Record never ridden, and only recently taken out of the box and built up. Groupo has some miles on another bike but the frame and most other parts are NOS, never built up till now.

They should be brought together.

Kojima Condor1990?

Late 80's very early 90's Kojima Condor found on a rubbish pile covered in Shimano 105 and quickly retrieved. Now refurbished and customised for the wife. You cant really see the script stickers in the photo on the downtubes and just near the saddle on the top tubes. Its not a restoration hence the non orignal colours, saddle and decals. She's a shorty so Iv'e had to adjust things to fit her.

Gonna stick them all in one place for a change:

1971 Mondia Special:

1974 Colnago Super:

1979 Dennis Sparrow:

1980 Alpina drillium test-rig:

1983 Colnago Mexico:

2002 Davidson custom:

I have got a few more project frames kicking around, but since they aren't yet rides they'll have to be featured another time.
