Frame I.D. help

Bought this from a local bike co-op and they had no idea what it is, it's a 26" wheeled disc frame looks to be a bit older had what appears to be a triangular shaped decal on the head tube(maybe?). I figured maybe somebody would recognize the gusset, if it helps the serial number reads:ICFJ9J03268 along the edge of bottom bracket, and G6912M0 across the BB. Any help with I.D. would be greatly appreciated. And if any of you need more specific shots let me know! Folder for bigger viewing; https://imgur.com/a/G5geE
