Took me a while to figure out what was going on, but the seller does come across on the jackass side.

yea, it helps to read it from the bottom up - that's how ebay displays the q & a stuff... I love the fact that he has a -1 feedback too.

All his hype about being a professional and knowing what he's doing, and he writes "durace" in the description. I think he has a personality disorder.

I'm betting that the guy who jumped the bidding up to $1,000 (who happened to join eBay only last Friday) is the seller himself.

I was just thinking the same thing. Ebay calls it shill bidding and it's a good way to get suspended. It's about to end, let's see if the bid gets retracted.

From now on, I am going to start calling myself 'Mr. Meanpanties'. I wonder if that comes with tights and a cape.

Don't know. Then the seller has to pay eBay the fee on a completed auction. Don't know what the reserve was, but if it wasn't met, the seller doesn't have to pay. There is an incentive for a buyer to create a false account to sniff out the reserve. But then, just who in their right mind will take a seller with a feedback history of -1 seriously? Well, apart from mr meanpants, humblecyclist, wall bike, cblackwood9 and maybe painting arts1 that is.
