"The 2nd season of fixed gear fight night is underway. Starting on Wednesday April 8th. Meet at the Santa Barbara train station (209 State Street Santa Barbara, CA 93101) at 7pm every wed night. So for those of you wanting to have a great time and meet some new awesome radical people, please feel free to come and join. So bring your bike (any bicycle), and enjoy yourself and get to know some really amazing people. And for those who dont know, these are drag races, nobody actually goes to fisticuffs."
I'm not organizing this event. I just saw it on craigslist for the Santa Barbara area, and thought i'd re-post it up.

Colt 45 + Seagull Bags present: The 2009 Columbus Bum Shuffle. 10 October 2009
The last installment of this race (in 2007) was a ton of fun and the Colt 45-fueled after party was possibly even better. This time, of course, we've stepped up the game and really want to encourage out-of-towners to see how we can do a race here in Columbus. Feel free to email us at info@columbusbumshuffle.com if you need help with directions or anything of that sort.
