shipping a bike?

im sending pretty much a complete bike across the country. Its everything but the front wheel. Does anyone have any ideas what it may cost in the cheapest possible way? im just trying to get some ideas and best services to use before i go out and ship it tomorrow.

fed ex ground cost me $28.75 give or take a few pennies. that was for 32 lbs worth of bike from PA to CA. pretty cheap i wold say.
