Vintage Micelli bike

Hello everyone, I bought this bike 2 years ago and It is pretty nice, but I always wondered if I could get some info about it, but I couldn't find anything on google, so I thought posting on forums might help, so here you go, if someone knows something about the frame or the company or year... feel free to inform me, seems like it is a Columbus Aelle frame, don't know if it repainted or not.
