Found 1998 Klein Pulse Comp

Found a blue Klein at the Thrift Store, for $125. Bone-stock, with Rock Shox Indy C fork. In good shape. Should I upgrade it to XTR M951 and Mavic SUP 517 wheels and flip it....or just keep it and ride?

Can a '98 anything be flipped? How much margin can you generate with the upgrades?
