650c Tire Needed for Terry Style Norco "Lady Sport"...
In an effort to help a friend help a friend of his, this Norco "Lady Sport", complete with its 1996 RAGBRAI tag. The "Lady Sport" came available with four other bikes - Holdsworth Professional, TT bike, Richey, Marinoni Special and the Norco. All but the Richey have been sold and/or shipped already. My grand daughter fell in love with the Norco and now, Papa (that's me) gets to refurbish it for her. I need a 650c tire for the bike. If anyone has one and is interested in selling or trading, please let me know.

Are you sure that’s not a 24”?
If the rear is a 700c, the front looks smaller than a 650c. Terry style bikes like this often came with a 24” up front.

If you really need a 650c rather than a 24" I have one you can have for postage.

I saw a used 650C tire in good shape at Rusty Spoke today in case top506's offer doesn't work out. But I'm not sure how much international shipping would be.

Agree with Sactown Albert. There are a lot of 24" sizes though. I think most Terry bikes were 520, but there were also some that were 540, the same size as wheelchairs.

You might get a kick out of this. I did.
A few years ago I saw a stolen bike notice on craigslist. The young lady had a Centurion Expert Women's version of the Ironman with the smaller front tire, an attempt to make a bike for smaller racers without compromising frame design. It didn't catch on, probably because of the smaller front wheel, and possibly because it seemed a bit condescending. Years later the diminutive mountain climbing monster Emma Pooley bought a custom built bike with a smaller matching wheelset with readily available racing tires, and a frame without compromises.
Anyway, this young lady had modified her Terry style bike into the cutest city bike I've ever seen. I saved the photos. I hope she found her bike or got another that suits her hipster style.
Those tires look like the things Panaracer makes for Soma and Rivendell -- note the checkerboard tread pattern.
This is so cute ya just wanna squeeze her 'til she pops.
I'm actually considering converting my Ironman to a city bike with Nitto albatross swept bars.

Been busier than two flies on a pig's rear end, these days. I did get into the Norco and the front wheel is 24". Where can I get an inexpensive 24" road tire? And that got me thinking about other costs. As it turned out, getting my grand daughter a different bike might be a better, wiser and less expensive way to go. Also, my discovered alternative proved to be a much better way to go in the road worthy and safe to ride department. This Trek, scored for a hundred Canadian dollars, will fit my grand daughter and be a much better bike for her to ride...
That Trek and a great big Velosport (gotta get cable casings and a few other finish the Velosport build) will be heading (in the bed of a pick-up) to Winnipeg in early September...
With those two bikes done and sent, I can get back to work on my Marinoni...
and figure out what to do with the Norco "Lady Sport".

Terry sells 'em on their website for $30, and they're listed for around $26 on Bike Tires Direct.
IIRC, some folding bikes also use 24" tires, so there should be a continuing market. I think the Tern Castro, their "large" folder back in 2015 or so, used 24" front and rear. "Large" by folder standards, and it looks like a normally proportioned bike.

FYI, I can think of at least 3 ISO diameters for '24"' tires, so measure first.
