Help IDing a coaster hub and the bike it road in on...

I posted this in the C&V section but see it may also fit here.
Looking for some direction as to what company might have manufactured this bike I just picked up so I can date it (or at least buy it a cup of coffee).
The tag is for Woodwards, a department store and the model name is "Atlantic". I want to think the hub is a Bendix but it does not have the colored bands I read about on the net. Instead it has a "B" on one side and what looks like "Resiliant" on the other (though I could be wrong about that). Serial 7341 on the BB. Sadly, no badge
Pretty happy about this one as it's a large framed boys bike in overall good shape and I'm itching for a rebuild. Now my Raleigh Sport has a brother...

Update. After some research it seems the rear hub is a Resilion B and it is said resilion products stopped being produced after 1961.
