I am officially OFF INSULIN!!!!

Between my minimum 6 days per week biking schedule and eating Keto, I need to celebrate . Just got back from the doc's office. Down 31.1 pounds and am off of insulin. Still got a way to go, but am feeling super inspired and happy.

Ah, propaganda, just a fluke. You need to eat the official food pyramid.... you know, the one that miraculously matches what the lobbying food industry produces and brought you to your old state to begin with.

In all seriousness, great job.

Congratulations! I'm type 1 so no such luck for me except cutting back my insulin dosage significantly before/during ride.
