Hi everyone. I thought this will be a great place to drop this post and info to my group ride that I just started. It's a 30-mile ride that I lead out in New York City. We start at my local cafe with a brief ride intro before heading north over the George Washington Bridge and onto the scenic River Road. Many of you who are already from NYC or that have visited may have road this route before. It is a loop with close to 1,900ft of climbing, rolling hills and scene unfolds of NYC. I started it so to build community, friendship, and fitness. Visit the link below to register. It's free and I will have a waiver to be filled out before we start. Bring a cycling computer or smartphone with Strava to record your ride and share your efforts with the group and friends. After the ride, we end at the cafe we started (Monkey Cup) for more coffee and treats and good conversation. The first ride begins on August 3rd. Would love to see you there.
