Are you buying or selling? If you’re selling tell us more about it, what derailleurs are on it, the brand and model of brakes, rims.
my best guess would be ‘86/87ish Arrow Pace, maybe a Supra Sport?

Looks like a tubing sticker near the top of the seat post. The grade of the frame tubes has a big effect on value.

Oh yea it's says ARROW PACE...can't seem to find any info on it.. may I be using a wrong search.also no I am not selling just wanted info ...

That model was only offered for a short period. The frame looks to be in very good shape.
Around here and road ready, I would hope to get around $225 - $275. That's with good tires, bars rewrapped, fully serviced. But I don't know what your local market is like.
