Not too many info online about this bike. And the bike doesn't look like the ones posted there.
Anybody can help with the model?
I am not very familiar with the MTB, but as I can see the front crank set was removed, as the derailleur. Why that?
Also does it worth to rebuild the bike as was initial?
What's a aproximative value?

I would guess that your 'dale is probably in the $200-300 range depending on your location. Being a Sobe does make it rare but it does not increase the value. It could have been a giveaway bike from an event, they used to sponsor stuff like beach volleyball.
