Actually, they came a couple of days ago, but I just got them installed and took some pictures. These are SKS Raceblade Long fenders for road bikes. No eyelets required, and once the mounting "spades" are installed, the fenders can be mounted or removed in about 15 seconds.

They're perfect for riding the Waterford in the rain.

Wow, these look like just the ticket for my winter bike.

We are expecting 3-5 inches by this time tomorrow night, so I should see if anyone in town has some.

Id be really worried about the weight that those brackets ad onto your bike when you're not using the fenders

A couple of days ago, actually. A set of AGC levers in nice shape w/nice hoods from RobE. I thought from the pics the hoods were a buff/gum color of some sort - but it turns out after a good cleaning that they are quite yellow. Now I'm thinking they might look better on one of the two yellow bikes I have, rather than the original target. Choices, choices, why me?

I took advantage of JensonUSA's 12 days of Christmas Sale when I spotted my helmet for only $21.99. I had bought a Bell Lumen over the Summer that fit me. Hard to fit my odd shaped big head.
But as I had mentioned before, I lost EVERYTHING September. So, I bought a new red/black/white model to match an old Bianchi Premio I picked up this past week. It needs tires though, but Jenson also had Maxxis Refuse puncture resistant folding tires reduced also. $14.99 down from $40. I got a pair to make it all free shipping. Sweet! That's what arrived on my "2nd day of Christmas".

I didn't get much in the mail bike related this week just a set of mildly used Nitto bars from member purebikes. I did a nice new double rifle case with wheels which I was hoping to take to the range but since it rained all weekend I am not getting to do that. I also got some of those fancy Weather shield floormats (which are going back) a trigger group for my 10/22 and a toy for my AR, and nice leather belt to match my Galco holster.

No no I have't given up on bikes, I just have too many projects waiting and I can't work on them so I am not buying much.

Same here. Making strategic cuts to allow the fenders to coexist with 700x28 tires on my road bikes, hoping I don't ruin them.

A new Sturmey hub, Brooks saddle and Electra cranks? Santa doesn't even build gifts that nice.

I got curious on the "trigger group for the 10/22", and did a google search on it. And sure enough, that are a lot of trigger fixes, setups for the 10/22. What made me curious was that the 10/22 isn't exactly a target rifle. Just go to show, we learn something new all the time..

I got this today in the mail. A cheap copy of the Brooks Swallow. I got an 89 Cannondale Black Lightning that is all black and gold. I couldn't swing the Brooks Swallow money for its seat, so opted for a cheap copy. I paid $71 dollars shipped.

Looks pretty good. Brakes.... Universal side pulls or Campagnolo "no name" calipers. Might not be a cheap frame to outfit.
