Another dura ace ax question

I posted about servicing the dura ace ax pedals and I'm wondering when I go
to service the bottom bracket wheel hubs and headset is there anything different
with this group from the 6 other Japanese road bikes I've serviced myself?

look pretty standard for bb set up i.e but it seems there was specific spindle sizing for the AX crankset, so using something else could be a problem VeloBase.com - Component: Shimano BB-7200 (NJS) Dura-Ace EX for DynaDrive Crankset

Take stuff apart and measure the spindle's three sections. You'll end up with the overall length and any difference between the drive side and non drive side bearing track to axle ends. Most likely you'll find out the axle is a "standard" one dimensionally and might be able to be sourced or Ebayed. But a fall back is Phil Wood. They have done some pretty odd stuff with the right incentive. A better service shop might have a Sutherlands Manual with charts of BB axles for that era to help with determining the version code. PM me if you need more help. Andy

Here's a copy of the page that has your crankset's axle listed. Note the dimensioning diagram for how to measure yours. Andy

Thanks for the info. I was just wondering since the pedals and cranks seem to be an odd size and the way they come off compared to the other bikes I've done if I would run into any other
oddities on the bike. I cleaned the bottom bracket and put new bearings and grease in it tonight and it was just like my other vintage bikes. Next will be hub bearings.
