Bridgestone
I have a Bridgestone XO-3 commuter. It has a purple frame. I've done some research on the internet and it seems possible that this is actually an XO-1 frame that was reused the following year and relabeled the XO-3. How can I identify the frame with certainty?

Unless T-Mar tells us differently, I think your reaching a wee bit too far.

I think the '94 XO-3 was meant to be a more affordable version of the XO-1 (same geometry?) but had Tange tubing instead of the Ishiwata of the earlier year's XO-1.

Pretty clear that if it is a 94 model you essentially have all the X0-1 frame goodness, if it is an earlier year not so much.

Purple color would be Plum, which is the 94 color.
