Nope. It’s hardly worn. If you look at the two teeth I’ve marked with red arrows below, you can see that the original machining is still visible. Once those go away, you might consider replacement but that a long way down the road. You still have thousands of miles to go on this ring.

I like to reference a picture of a ring when it's new. Comparing the current photo against the new, you get an idea of the wear progress.

Thank you, sincerely.

I am not an expert and these teeth have a non-traditional shape to them!

FWIW this is after 11 months of 10-15mi/day of road and heavy mtn (not smooth singletrack, like, not smooth anything) use.

Glad to not replace! I am doing a new crank today because I bent my old one so opportune time to replace the ring.

You only have about 5000 miles on it. Check it again around 15,000. Even then you are likely not going to need a replacement until around 25,000 miles. Just keep pedaling.

...And try not to bend cranks. That gets expensive fast.

Will do! I am a "use it till it breaks" type of guy. I just had it off and the teeth looked weird so thought I would ask the question!

When I took it to my LBS to order a new crank it went like this:
Mechanic: "what happened"
Me: "I bent a crank arm when I wrecked"
Mechanic: "Nah, maybe a pedal spindle, cranks don't really bend... here, let me take a look"
....
Mechanic: "HOLY HELL HOW ARE YOU STILL WALKING??"
