11 October ... you guys need to step up the game

Got out for a ride today in some cooler (mid 60s) dry weather with some wind.

Me too.. bonding time with my ten year old son so we got pizza for dinner. My wife is having fun at a women's retreat this weekend.

Oh and I finally found a doc who listened and removed cysts from my groin caused by ingrown hairs. Only took three years.

Yeesh, if I were your doctor I'd probably also try to stall on the groin cysts

I figured out what caused them... I was trying to fight some issues on my belly and the dermatologist put me on a high dose of accutaine which kicked my glucose levels up to 345 average... these were caused by the super high glucose.

I should be able to sit a saddle middle of this week.
