Most bicycle models had long production runs. Your question is akin to asking what year was the Ford Mustang made. It's really hard to narrow down without more details.
Having said that, I notice that you have pictures of the subject bicycle in your gallery album. The Styria, 3 speed, internally geared rear hub has what appears to be a "66" date code stamped into it. Consequently, a 1966-1967 model would be my leading candidate.

1966 Steyr Komet value / rarity
Is there anyone in this highly esteemed community who has any knowledge of the Steyr Komet line of bicycles? ie What the years of production were, what is the value range and rarity level of these bikes, or any interesting historical information.
