Bare wires coming out of motor

Bike not working I took wheel off and can see wires are a bit bare and touching this is because I think if you dont tighten wheel up tight it will try and spin out
I used to take the wheel off every day to fit into the car.
When I separate wires it works again Hallelujah
so it's a case of insulating the wires but there is not much room was wondering if there's a better way than using electrical tape any ideas, luckily they are not severed that would be a job, it's a Bafang motor.
it's hard to see inside the star, looks like an easy job with electrical tape but its very tiny and sleeve has to fit back on thinking of some insulation spray

Separate the wires and put on some liquid electrical tape. Once that sets up wrap some real electric tape around the affected wires. Once that is secure wrap the whole bundle with tape.
