Air bubbles on inner tube
I recently patched up some punctures on the tube and when I pumped it up to make sure no air was leaking. This occurred. Is there any way to fix it?

The tube merely has to seal in the air, it is constrained by the tire and rim which provide the strength to withstand the air pressure. The fact that part of the tube is thinner than the rest and thus bulges out is irrelevant.

This is fine, usually only happens when you pump up the tube on its own and pump too much air into it. Even if it happens with a small amount of air in it, as the previous said, its constrained by the tyre itself so its safe to ride!
