Finally made a weight goal!! Yahoo
Finally got under the 300# mark since I don't know how long. Been working my tail off this year to loose some weight and eat better. First goal was under 300 and finally found that. Now working to 275!
Just had to tell somebody......just had to brag.
I was at 337 to start with.

Always weigh yourself every day or other day. There is no excuse now to re-gain the weight. I see many people starve themselves for a day or two herd and there to "lose or maintain" weight loss. The answer is simple and in front of us in the most obvious form; adjust your eating habits for your lifestyle.

That's great to hear! Inspirational for everyone else too. I'm about 320lbs. 300 would be an ideal goal for me now too
Would you say 2 months is a good goal for this? I don't want to lose it too quick.

According to my doctor and nutritional guide said shoot for around 1.5 to 2 pounds a week. It's a safe rate for a person to handle. Working for me so far.
