Basso Gap frameset value
Im looking into this Basso Gap frameset. What would be a reasonable offer for it. Much appreciated.
It currently has what look like Gran Sport components.
Im looking to build it with full Super Record if I get it.

maybe worth more keeping the drivetrain org. unless your seeking a rider.guesstimate $500ish but for a restoration not more than $1k.IMO. first one I've seen with chrome chainstays only,about an '83.have the same & was nuovo record org./ good luck,should be a great project.

You probably know this but Basso Gap is an under appreciated gem. Is there an asking price? I would agree $500 in today’s market, but if your looking for a bike to ride the snot out of, you won’t get robbed paying more.
Edit: Just realized you asked frameset value, not complete bike. I wouldn’t go more than $350

Great frame set that is great looking $250-300 international Ebay Yet I would take a shot at selling it here on the BF's for $200 frame fork $400 for the whole bike not great but you pay zero fee's here other than membership.

Considering the frames we’ve seen posted and sometimes sold here over the last year, I’d think the BF price would be more like $300. The condition looks to be very good.

Thanks everyone for the input. Indeed the frameset is in great condition overall which is why I'm attempting to persuade my friend to sell it to me.
Im close to the value suggestions. I offered $400 for Frame, Fork, 3ttt seatpost and Campy BB.

Edit: I got the Basso frame for $350 (F/F/BB/DT shifters) with the condition that I sell the rest of the parts and give my buddy the cash.
Snapped this picture before dropping it off at my LBS to get a Campagnolo SR headset installed.
