Vancouver BC- good bike shop recommendations?
I'm near downtown Vancouver. The only place i've found is Bicycle Sports Pacific, but haven't visited yet.
I've seen a lot of rental places around Stanley park but looking for good shops to buy stuff
any solid LBS's or just good shops catering to road/mtb guys?

I've known the Dream Cycle guys for years. They seem to enjoy a good reputation, so would warrant a visit. Then you have to decide for yourself if the "chemistry" feels right.

Only update that: Dizzy closed down and "More bikes" moved in. I haven't been inside yet, but I know they carry a lot of opus bikes. (My kid has an opus and it's great.)

Shout out to the bike stores along W Broadway between Cambie and Main. I use Bike Doctor for my commuter (great service at a good price for commuters) and Bicicletta for my road (premium LBS, quite expensive, but full of sexy cycles).
I've been thinking about joining biciclettas weekend group rides. I always ride Solo but would love to try out some small group rides
