About photo above.

Wouldn’t let me type info...anyways. Added the Blackburn Outpost Lg Framebag. Picked up a Selle SMP TRK large saddle (also know as the ladies saddle). Can’t decide between it and Selle Anatomica I have. Both are comfortable with regular clothes for 10 miles. Not visible but added a mirror that works much better. Need side loading water bottle cages. Impossible to remove water bottle while riding with frame bag installed. Next up, pizza rack and fenders. Also considering bikepacker oriented gear instead of traditional racks and bags. No real reason as I won’t be off-roading. I just like the look better.

Townie’s been off my recommended list since Trek removed the front suspension. I have two with suspensions and added seats with suspensions and a Suntour suspensionseat post. They are the ultimate “comfort” bike and everyone who rides them ....love’em. We do 20-25 mile rides effortlessly without sore arms from road/trail undulations jolting the bars. I like the Roll but without a suspension fork I’m out.

Coyboy, It's an Axiom Journey. I like it because of the long bars parallel to the ground. Lets me attach grocery panniers etc and keeps em far away from my feet. It's very solid and you can get it for under $40. Specs say that it can handle >150lbs.

Thanks, and wow, that’s some serious weight capacity. I like the clip in design of the Ibera trunk bag but the rack itself is only rated to 45 lbs. Going to think about it some more.

Just bought one of these for my son to ride at college (very hilly campus). Anyone have a recommendation as to a good set of inexpensive plastic fenders?

Streamliner 29er rack

Went ahead with the Axiom Streamliner 29er rack. A little tall but the pannier bars are lower down on this rack so should work great.
So, NOT....still looking at racks for my disk braked comp X1. I would like the Axiom Streamliner 29er. I know some have put the Streamliner Disk DLX and was thinking the 29er would be even bigger. Axiom puts the dimensions of the Disk DLX but not the 29er DLX. PS I know Korax has the Axiom Journey successfully mounted on a Roll.

Ideas for a Banana Seat on a Roll?

OK, been using my Roll Sport for a few years. It is equipped with saddle bags, I love it for 2-3 mile round trips to the grocery/hardware/MallWart store. I own two other bikes for mtb/longer rides.
Any thoughts on a banana style seat so maybe you could scoot your weight back for easy juvenile wheelies?
Any HELPFUL comments appreciated

Added (2) Roll Sports to the bike stable this past Wednesday, one Large for my wife and one XL for me.
We also added Ergon composite cork grips (super comfy), upgraded from the mechanical Promax brakes
to Shimano Hydro brakes, and added couple of Jandd bags to carry bike loot in.
These are really fun comfy bikes! We hope to get out and Roll a few miles this Sat morning.

Twins! Very nice. I'd just add a lighting group just so you're ready for any conditions.

Thanks! Still a work in progress, added new Shimano Derore dual use pedals today and finished up the XPEL paint protection on each bike. Lights I have.

Going to see my surgeon today at 2:30. I had my second hip replacement done on February 12. It's still a little chilly here in the St. Louis area, but I'm dying to get back on my Roll. I honestly don't think I would still be riding today if I hadn't found and purchased a low entry. Great, comfortable bicycle.
Hope he turns me loose.

Just got back from my first ride with the new hip. Only 20 minutes & 3 miles, but lots of fun & it felt good! I can’t say enough good things about the low entry Roll. There is no way that I would have taken this chance on another bike. Felt very confident that I could get my feet down on the ground if needed.

I can get off & on the bike easily and it’s plenty fast enough for my style of riding. I’ve been riding most of my life & didn’t want to stop]. I’m overweight with a hip & knee replacements. My usual ride is 15 to 20 Miles at between 11 & 12 mph. That’s all I need & it has kept me riding. I highly recommend this bike.
Now you see you could have given up but with a little research you find there's a bike for every situation. Don't even think about giving up riding. Good to hear you're back in the saddle.

I decided to switch seat colors and go two tone on my Roll seats. All black was ok, but when I saw the brown and black
seat I decided it looks better with the taupe or matte tan frame and cork grips.
