Thoughts on this 1980's (89?) Bianchi Limited Celeste/Looking for 89 Catalog

Been thinking about picking up a Bianchi in celeste for awhile now, and after seeing about 30 of them when I was in Zurich this past week, I've pretty much set my mind on getting one. Saw an ad from Facebook for one in my area, and I'm meeting the guy next week to see it in person. Pictures tell me that it's either a 89 or 90 Limited model, but I don't have access to the 89 catalog and the scans online I've found of the 90 catalog are really poor quality.

Attached the picture below, but I'll update with more information when I see it. The guy's asking $400 for it, Ishiwata tubing, full(?) Shimano 600 Tri-Color groupset, Bianchi's celeste saddle, celeste bar tape. Say's he's the second owner and he's never ridden it, stored indoors for 10 years.

Being a Japanese made model, in terms of collectability, it's not that great (although I do strongly believe that 80's Japanese made bikes are pretty much on par if not better than their Italian counterparts, but you do lose out on some of the nice artisan touches for Made in Italy Bianchi's), so I don't think $400 is anything close to reasonable. What would you value it?
