Value of 1974 Sears 10speed

I still have my 1974 Sears 10 speed, on the bike frame it says it was made in Italy.

I am wondering what the value of this bike is today, and is it worth fixing up.

+1. Would need clear photos of the rear dropouts and any tubing stickers.

Most Sears bikes are not worth much, though there are a very few and far between relatively quality ones.
