folded flat, glue against glue, and folded/rolled to a 8-9 inch length. then use electrical tape to hold it vertically against the back of the seatpost (compact frame so lots of post showing). if you keep it in a bag, 9 times out of 10 you'll find that by the time you need it 6 months later, it's rubbed a hole through the side wall and has the same airleak problem that the one you're chaninging out has...

or carry none and a cellphone.
