Ahhh, I looked at your name this time. I’ve believe I’ve seen a few of your posts in another thread. I’ll leave it at that.

Anyway, to any others reading, if you are a 55+, Balm Boyette has excellent trails ranging from beginner to moderately skilled, The trails flow nicely. Alafia State Park is slightly more advanced, more technical and has trails suitable from beginner to more advanced than me, that’s for sure. I’ve not been on their double black diamonds.

Both are located close together in central fl, not far from Tampa,

He is 67. What is technical for him may not be technical for you. Why be a dick?

Pancake flat Florida’s contrived “technical” trails are not “excellent” by any stretch of the imagination if someone has actually mountain biked on truly excellent technical trails.
If he enjoy's his trail and finds them excellent, what they hell is it to you? Your post at least proved one fact...

Thanks. Alafia State Park definitely has trails I find challenging. Tons of young guys flock here to ride, too.

Nevermind whatshisface. This seems to be his schtick.

With winter approaching take a look at Ryan Van Duzer. He does dirt road biking, as opposed to trail. His videos could be an inspiration. r at the least, fun to watch. Careful, you may become addicted to his riding the Great Divide Videos.
