Stick!!
Tonight I rode around a velodrome for the first time. It was so much fun and can't wait to be certified so I can ride whenever. If anyone reads this that is thinking about trying it out in a class or whatever, do it. It is insanely fun.
Cheers to those who have been riding for a while, can't believe I waited this long.

My feelings are the same - why didn't I try this earlier - especially when I watched them put up a velodrome just a ways down the road from me.
I didn't think velodrome riding would be interesting. Boy was I wrong. Road racing is rather lame in comparison - basically ride around in circles for an hour or two in a large pack, then sprint at the end. Track racing is so much more dynamic and provides ~4 races for me in an evening, all with different personalities.
