Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

2005 Colnago C50 hp frame set

How good is this carbon frame? I'm looking to build a new bike and found one. What should the price be on it also just so I don't get ripped off if I do purchase it?

Used?

No more than $3000 USD including the headset and fork.

I had one for a few months, and it was the best frame I had ever ridden.

It is as good as any. Just more expensive than the others.

I came close to buying a little over one month ago. I decided to wait a little while, but I am still set on a C50. You might want to search for a thread I started about the C50. Many people offered their opinions on the C50 and gave suggestions for alternative frames to purchase.
