What bicycle frames have clearance for 44c tires?
Have hankering to have a bike with the 700c x 44c Compass Snoqualmie Pass tubeless because:
1. not much heavier than 25c tubed tires. Snoqualmie Pass = 329g
2. flat protection with less pressure
3. comfortable ride on bad roads (the roads are all pretty bad now and getting worse every year.)
4. more traction on gravel and dirt
5. preference for 700c hoops
An alternative tire I'd like to run are the Schwalbe Furious Freds, 700c x 50c (29 x 2.00) = 360g
I like the road geometry of gravel bikes but not the lack of clearance for higher-volume lower pressure tubeless tires. Does anyone here have a bike like this?

Norco search xr claims 45mm clearance. Mine came with comfortable 40mm Clement explore tires. It looks like it could do the claimed 45mm to me.
Norco
The link is to steel bikes, but it also comes in carbon fiber

What is your budget? I built my Carver from the frame up to get 45-50mm clearance in 700C.
A stock option would be say All-City's Gorilla Monsoon. Depending on how much coin you have to spend another would be Curve GMX. A carbon choice would be Rodeo Labs Trail Donkey 2.0.

Plenty of framesets out there meeting your requirement if you're looking to build up. Depends on material and budget.

Salsa Journeyman and Giant Toughroad SLR GX can both fit a 44mm tire with ease or can go up to a 50 with minimal clearance left over. Specialized Sequoia also can fit a 44mm and has thru-axles if that’s your thing.
