Need help with Surly sizing

I found a surly steamroller frame online that I would like to buy and it is in a 59cm size.

Currently I am riding a Trek FX 22.5" 57cm frame which the LBS fitted a shorter stem to get the right fit. I am 5'10" and dont have much stand over room to spare on Trek but it is very comfy.

would the surly steamroller be a no go on the standover aspect or are these frame sizes simular enough?

The difference in standover is a whopping 3.8mm. Will that really put you over? On the basis of standover, I don't see an issue.
