Is it actually seized, or are you lacking adequate torque? IIRC that crank has a self-extracting bolt that needs 40Nm to tighten it....and typically breaking torque (AKA loosening) is a fair bit higher.

I agree with Marcus Ti that it is probably not seized. I removed an Omega crankset from my old GT Grade, and I had to use a cheater bar on the end of the allen wrench to get it off. I put the allen key through the hole at the end of a large crescent wrench which gave me enough leverage to break it loose.

5 mm allen slot at bottom of fastener has stripped. I tried cc with the pinch bolts loose and a flat blade lightly inserted to insure the bolt wasn't trapped. Stripped. Hammered a 12 mm into the larger diameter- stripped. I' m thinking hole saw to drill down through shoulder and with the shank still stuck slide the arm off. Also, where should i have put this question?

I was just being silly, since that is the typical solution: Hit it with a hammer. If it breaks, it was unfixable.
