Maps of Central Virginia
Anyone know of a decent cycling map of Central Virginia? I have found ordinary road maps of the whole state, and apparently VDOT makes individual maps for each county, but I'd love to find one that had Charlottesville, Albemarle, and basically all of the adjacent counties in 1:100000 or so.
Any ideas?

VDOT has one, but it's not very good.

Mostly the major trails and the official cross-state bike routes. Very little about other bikeable roads.
As suggested, try the individual counties and towns. Or ask the local bike clubs on the routes they use.

Good ideas. Seeing that I walk right by the C'ville Tourist Information Center every day, it should have occurred to me to ask.
As for the locals, finding routes isn't as important as laying the map on the table to see where I've been. (And I like maps better than googlemaps.)
