If it's just me.... I fold down the back seats...

If it's just me.... I fold down the back seats and lay the bike down on it's left side. I have a SUV, so there's plenty of space without having to remove the front tire.

I've been using Niterider Solas 100 tail lights for years. Great light and it only takes about 30 minutes to charge from dead. $40 on Amazon.
