It looks like they could be 1981-1983 (https://bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/Motobecane/81/). They switched to Simplex mechs and Mafac brakes in '81 and those stayed through 1983.

The Competition used Huret dropouts for the Jubilee rear derailleur and typically had Huret fronts, as well. (Although this was the bike boom and specifications were changeable!)

Yep. I had one identical to this one, down to the rear brake bridge cable stop having been removed. Cool bike, but this one is waaaay overpriced.

If you are considering this bike-do it! You won't be sorry. I love my 86 Vincitore. Mixes a sweet 531 ride with fancy lugs that make me smile when I look down on a ride.
